Privacy
Short version: we collect what you type into the registration form, we keep it so we can talk to you about the first Build Camp, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside ai_tribe.
What we collect
When you register your interest, we store what you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address and business name
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- What your business does, and the one job you would hand over first
- How many people you have, and roughly where you are
We also record the country your request came from, which our hosting provider supplies automatically, as a sanity check against the location you selected.
What we do not collect
We do not store your IP address. To stop the form being abused we keep a one way cryptographic hash of it, which lets us count recent submissions without being able to work out who or where you are. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, because nothing is payable at this stage.
Where it is stored
In a Cloudflare D1 database controlled by us. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, which also provides the anti-spam check on the form.
What we use it for
- Sending you module one and updates about the first cohort
- Talking to you about dates, pricing and whether the camp suits your business
- Understanding what jobs people actually want handed over, which shapes what the camp covers
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside ai_tribe. You can unsubscribe from the emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
Analytics
We measure how many people visit and how many register, so we know whether the page is working. We do not use that data to identify you personally.

ai_tribe is a joint venture between Shadowtek and Lead Laundry, based in Brisbane, Queensland. Australian Privacy Principles apply to how we handle your information.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
Email hello@aitribe.com.au and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You do not have to give a reason.
